i bought the 72 hour subscription from helm for around 10 bucks and also had a lengthy time getting well acquainted with pdfs. i bought it last year so my memory isn't the greatest. i believe upon purchasing i input my vin number or it might have been when i first logged in to use the manual.

Were you able to download all of the manual in that time period?

Looks like the 72 hour subscription is about $22 now. Is this where you went for that? If not, do you have a link to the 72 hour download?

Is that what they are doing? I honestly have zero idea. Can anyone confirm this?

Just for fun, I emailed Helms with a link to the Eastern European website asking if they are stealing Helms content or are legit.

Problem is, that site is a $100 cheaper
Maybe you should ask Helms why they are so dear?

I could make some time if I wanted to go that route. So is it true you'd have to save each page separately? If so, I could see that being very labor intensive for sure. :frusty:

Let us know. Looking at mine no sign of anything, looks like it is from Ford for dealerships.

The CDROM is incompatible with windows 10 due to the copy protection it uses. Just keep that in mind.

The version I have runs fine on windows 10. I'm also running the .iso mounted on a virtual drive. Not sure if copy protection was different on earlier versions. I was able to pick it up via ebay
