What about the "notchiness" does this upgrade help with that? Now that it has been colder you can really notice it.

I absolutely hate the slop, clunk, and the feeling that the shifter never goes exactly into the gate. If this fixes that, add me to the list please.

It's been a while since I've driven our shop car completely stock so I can't really comment on that. I can tell you that shifting now is very smooth, though. Maybe [MENTION=15446]K3NMasterS[/MENTION] can answer as well since he is running this piece.

I have noticed some added notchiness with the cold weather, but my initial impressions of this Shifter Assembly alone are very positive. My understanding is that the bracket positioned the shifter for better alignment with the shift gates.

Any rattling in the shifter?

There is no unwanted vibration or rattling from the shifter.

I am very eager to get the revised version of this product back on my car. I immediately noticed an improvement with the butter-like shifting and even in the response of the drivetrain when getting on the power. The car felt 'snappy-er' and I loved it. :clap2:
