ShelbyR on the way...need help !!!

I’m a long time muscle car guy...
having grown up in Da Bronx, during the heyday of “big inch” Street Prowlers.
Ok I was too young to drive them, but all my friends brothers had them, and would race them in the streets ... hanging out at White Castle, looking to hook up a midnight run over on the infamous Connecting Highway.

Fast forward many years, with a family and now living north of the 49th parallel in the Great White North !!!

I’ve been looking for a Gt350R for over two years now, have a build date for next week March 19th. This will be my 6th Mustang and first SHELBY!!! It was a dealer order and I changed the color to Magnetic, flat black stripes/red pinstripe with a black roof. My question to you guys is as follows.
Is it to late to remove option 94b, black roof ?
I can only go by pictures and videos, since there are none to see in person, so your help would be greatly appreciated! Anyone ordered Magnetic and
black roof ?
Did you like it, regret it ?
Finally, I would like to say, what a great site for all things Mustang, the knowledge shared here is unbelievable and such a great resource.

I won’t be much help but for what it’s worth, I wish mine had the black roof. Really like the look! Enjoy the beast!

Black roof and black stripes on MG -The stand out will be that there are no stripes on the roof. That's a lot of darkness...

You could be right Zombo...I was torn between Metallic and AG....ultimately went with AG but I still get goo goo gaa gaa for this pic....

With your car being scheduled to be built next week there is no way to make any changes to your car even with the FR assembly plant being at least 1 week behind or more on R model production.

If I didn't have a black car I would have opted for a black roof. I think it visually lowers the stance of the car by not having a big swatch of color up top. I know that feeling though when you second guess every little thing. Just sleep well because you will be happy regardless.

Damn! looking closely at that pic, you’re right... angle of the sun rays threw off the color...

Black roof is almost always a good option. It compliments the wheels, mirrors and wing nicely. As well as the trunk panel.

I was originally looking for a lightning blue with white stripes over the top, and then i found a youtube video of a stripless lightning blue with a black roof. I was sold at that point and now i have the same combo. I really like it, and it think it looks very fitting on these cars.
