Shaker - line driver or no?

Ok struggling with design issue. I know the factory h/u can put out pretty low voltage signal. I have pretty much decided I want to use an AudioControl DQDX for eq and time.

I've bought some high quality rca cables to get the signal to the back where I want to mount the DQDX with the amp so I can have convenient access to the controls - is the RCA Run going to kill my signal?; i.e. Should I put it in the kick panel up fron, instead? I really don't want to because of the lack of access. I saw one user put a matrix+ in the kick panel ...

Assuming this is the audio from the premium system? The factory HU outputs 1.83V @ 80% volume according to the audio system sticky. Im running an 8 channel JL Audio amp and using the signal straight from the head unit, sounds good at 50% volume. I bought the compatible molex connector, soldered the appropriate pins to a speaker wire to RCA adapter, used 15 foot of RCA cables to go to my miniDSPs.
