Great! Just what I thought. However I cant afford $2700 for service manuals. I will have to find something else. I see on Ebay there are some PDF and DVD manuals not produced by Ford. Not sure how good or detailed? Have you any insight?

You can certainly (I hope) afford 3 day subscription for $22 and create pdf's (which is admittedly little bit of work) like I did.

So basically join for 72 hours and then download PDF ?

You have to print each of the pageblocks to pdf - there isn't a pdf available for download - so it's tedious work. However - this subscription gives you an access to OASIS so you can see details of your car, potential recalls / service actions and also allows you to download all current TSBs.
