They are double side taped to the car, with two locating pins.

So then it should be impossible unless the locating pins are removed? or sides swapped or what?

Yes they are.....so someone put the wrong snake on wrong side.....guess the 1/2 crooked snake didnt throw any red flags......

I saw an instance where they were reversed. 'The left side on the right and vice versa.

Again, not surprised.

It was being corrected by the body shop that is on the premises and owned by the dealership....It came in that way.
