Not even close. My black 135i would look dirty an hour after washing it - due to dust/pollen/what-have-you settling on it and being clearly visible. My Oxford White mustang looks perfectly clean days and days later. Unless you look at the tinted rear window - and you can then see all the dust/pollen, but that is a very quick fix.

And that is just with dust, if you actually talk about rain/wet roads....

OP, imo, not getting the PP because of wider tires is, to put it mildly, silly. If you find that you can't live with the wider tire (which I very much doubt will be the case), sell them and buy something else.

Regarding not wanting summer tires. Why not? If you live where you get snow and cold, best bet is to invest in a set of winter tires anyways. If you don't live in such a climate, summers would be your best bet, I think.

IMO the 50th grill is atrocious, but I guess can be replaced easily enough. I also don't like the way you lose the lighting on the door sill.

For sure it will show. Worse on black though. I am dead serious when I said my black car would look dirty and hour or two after washing - due to dust and such. The California Duster was my best friend.

And scratches show so much. That was my first and last black vehicle.

If you get the PP, I'd go with White. Otherwise I like the DIB with all the other wheel options.

EDIT: I gotta guy I work with at Ford dealing with motors/smog issues related to CA Air Quality Resources Board. I'll call tomorrow morning and see if he can advise off the record...Brembo designed and outsourced or a pure independent 4 piston design. He will know who to call within to find out. I'll advise up or down as I have no skin in this game.

It will be interesting to hear what he says. They look "Brembo-ey" even though they might be "Continental-ley"!

This whole brake discussion on the EB PP and GT non-PP was discussed ad nauseam many, many months ago.

The non GT PP calipers are not Brembo's unlike the 11-14TP cars that had Brembo's. There was sources citied that confirmed this.

Were I you, based on the tone of your priorities outlined in the initial post, I would go for white with the performance pack and the premium interior upgrade. Save the other $1400 for winter wheels and tires and if you really like the 50th grill, swap it.

the EB PP wheel and the 50 yr Appearance wheel are the EXACT same size (this only applies to EB cars). While Ford won't option the spare with the EB PP you can order the spare kit for about $200 from any dealer and drop it in the back. It fits....

Once you test drive this car you are going to have to have it. That is what happened to me. I knew when I saw the 2015 I wanted one but the test drive sold it.
