Is there any other indicators that would tell me if they have actually put a climate seat in?

Of course it could be that they've put one entire heated/cooled seat in and one ordinary one instead of just the cover. I wouldn't be surprised....

I'd agree with this!

I recall a thread here or elsewhere with someone getting mismatching colour door cards and no one on the assembly line noticed it (I think Stevie Wonder was put in charge of the underseal at ICO in Zeebrugge but Ray Charles is the line supervisor at Flat Rock).

Someone at Mercedes once told me that the additional benefit of ventilated seats is that it allows you to fart without fear of back pressure (was one of those classy high end dealerships).

Stick a bum on each seat and turn the seat heating on!... if one warms up and the other doesn't - there's your answer!

Don't think they do just heated seats, only heated and cooled.

If it cools down or heats up on the seat bottom then it's a climate seat. If you turn the radio off you can actually hear the seat fan

Both the back of my seats are perforated- have heated/cooled seat option.

There's a rake of wiring underneath in addition to the seat motors so you could compare the two seats
