You missed the point that Ford changed this holder for the S650 recaros.
The S550 holder is different, not so grabby.
Ah so. Looking at this carefully I see what you mean. It does look like it will do the job. Thanks for pointing this out.

Here a little mod I did to my Recaros today.
The belt guide created someone on the German Mustang forum, unfortunately so far only the pair for himself and the pair I bought.

This will only be possible with a great deal of effort.
The Recaro holders have a metal part screwed on the inside, which is essential for attaching them to the seat.
I don't see how this will work with the parts from the convertible.

Makes sense. I'm not sure what is inside the convertible seat....threaded nutsert, or what. Of course the diameter and thread pitch would be an important consideration.

I don’t have a requirement for these, but if I did, these are really well done, and look very OE :sunglasses:

Now if your guy would make an ā€˜open’ version, that protected the seam on the edge of the seat, I would be very interested …

First of all, I will test them while traveling over the next 2 weeks.
I'm trying to convince him to make more at all, not sure if he sold them for the real costs, seemed almost to affordable.
I try at least to find out, if he can share the 3D model and the name of the company, who did them for him.
By the way, the part is "printed" by laser-sintering polyamide.
