On a side note i also just saw that they actually said an upgraded intercooler wasn't necessary way back in December if u look at this thread

You are right about the IC comment. I'd forgotten about that, however they never did provide any data to back up their thermostat claims. If they did I would be inclined to buy one given the price, it should be easy yo adjust for in the tune.

I wouldn't worry about any of the big tuners street tunes honestly.

I should be receiving my sct livewire this week, and if the weather stays decent i will get some datalogs. Im pretty excited to see how well the 2.3 ecoboost responds to a tune. My f150 ecoboost responded very well, 12.9 @103, tune only.

I have been running the winter version of Torrie's tune. I just loaded the summer version and data logged it tonight. I shot it off to him so I will keep you posted on the changes.

When I called and asked them about there tune on there 11.81 pass and what they had done the person I was talking with was quick to say that was a shop tune that will not be given out to the public that it was a race gas agressive tune that would not be fun for dd

Yet they don't have the world's quickest EB F150....that belongs to Mike & JR at MPT in Orlando FL. For those who don't know, Mike is one of the original founders/software guys of SCT. I know they have an EBM in house, but haven't heard a peep from them about tunes....yet.

Lol yea I think they usually go by LMS. But anyway I am still trying to decide who to go with myself so I just want to get good info. I feel like there is an increasing amount of false negative speculation on here that's clouding the facts.

Like cosmo said, if you really want to know their reasoning and what a tuner ran times with it's best to just call and post info here afterward
