I thought I remember reading somewhere that it's 18 hrs. I could be wrong but I read it on the internet so it has to be true.

7/8, no vin. If nothing moves today then I'm going to cancel. There is a very similar car on lot at another dealership. They wouldn't trade with my dealer, but offered me a close price. So maybe I'll have my car tomorrow!

I'd hang on, at least until tomorrow morning. Commodity lists (parts) are usually generated on Wednesday for the following week's production. Once they know what they'll have on hand in the way of parts, they start filling in the slots. Thursday nite, builds are scheduled and the Ford internal system is updated. Not necessarily COTUS. Hell, mine's in the lot at the plant awaiting shipment and COTUS is still flippin' me off with no info. To be fair, Ford still refers to COTUS as in "the testing phase." But that doesn't help any of us here waiting on Christmas!

I can almost guarantee you that it won't show up in COTUS, and I'm not a bettin' kinda guy. PM Deysha tonight after business hours so she'll be able to check on Friday morning and get back to you. You should know if you've made the cut. Might also ask her to check if there's a hold or commodity problem with your order.

Of course, if you've got to have it, and have it right now... in the immortal words of Emily Litella (Gilda Radner) from Saturday Night Live: "Never mind."
