thanks Deysha. would you know what order cars are being shipped out to the RHD countries or is it individual orders? i mean for example will england get all of theirs first then australia then NZ , etc., or shipped out to individuals who ordered them first? thanks, wimbrow

Check out the Australian forum.
There are at least 3 cars being built next week that are coming down under to Australia. So I think Ford is trying to build them in the order in which the deposits were placed. ie oldest frist from the different global markets

This seem a fair way to handle this.

Got an email from my dealership rep, Retail orders will only start getting scheduled on the second week of September, so it is safe to say we will not get orders before October, Mid October..
i am talking to him to switch my order to "Stock"...

My dealer switched my retail order to stock. It was built in 8/10. If it was retail it still would be waiting to be scheduled!!! They can do it. Pressure them.

I believe he posted in another thread that they had switched it. With the ok to buy coming next week, I can wait a bit longer for my car.

Wow that is lame. Get with the program Ford and start pumping out our retail orders.

My dealer in SE Michigan does not have any 16's yet, maybe 1 week in Sept. I ordered mine on 7/23 and got a build date today of 9/21.

Retail orders are Special Orders. Priority 11 indicates such.

Retail order is technically a custom order. Priority codes 10 through 19. And Stock orders are 20+.
