I got a VIN# last week and a build week of 9/14 today. Maybe I'll get it for my birthday in the middle of October.

PM Ford Service aka Deysha here on the forum. She will need your order #, dealer # and your last name. She is awesome and is the best source for info on your car. There is also a post in the forum that explains in pretty good detail how the allocations are divided up at the factory. Here is the post:

Thanks, I've contacted Deysha several times, I try not to big her too much but it's tough! She is great and getting back to me quickly. She has no info, stuck in processing mode.
What bugs me is that when I ordered (7/8) my dealer told me 8-12 weeks, but usually around 6-8, he said I'd have it early September latest.
It was after I ordered that I found this forum and learned of the more accurate times. If I knew that before, I either would have waited for the spring to order or find one on a lot.
Just getting a vin at this point would make me feel that at least some progress is being made.
Does anyone else not even have a vin yet?

Out of curiosity.. . You got the Sync 3? and why would you care about analog RCA inputs in your car? What devices would you want to connect to the car that are not USB? if any, i would want to see HDMI in the sync3....

Seriously, there is no mini-plug in the console on the '16? I was going to use that to hook up my Sirius Receiver.

Rather have USB personally, let me charge my phone lol. I will use the USB in the glove box or center console with a thumb drive for music.

The USB port doesn't charge quickly. I'll measure the amps soon, but I'm using that 12V converter.
