Any pictures closer up and directly above, gtorpedo ?

I really like the look of those, but there is something about the shape of them that isn't jiving with my OCD. Specifically the radius of the rear outside corner being "pointier" than the stock contour, and the outside front corner being the opposite, more rounded vs the stock contour.

Thanks!

I need to shift the driver side vent down (towards the front) about a mm or so -
I do see what you are mentioning but it appears to not sit in the factory contour quite like it should be. The placement of the passenger side looks more in line - see pictures below:

Man the more I think about it - the more I REALLY like these. Man... what to do about rainy DD days and car washes though?

I don't want to drown my engine bay but these are sick.
Of course it depends on where the water enters and drains to as to whether the rain is a problem.
If you'll look under the 2018+ hoods you'll see that there is a drain on the hood vents at the location Ford deemed safe to drain the water. Note also that the big, ugly engine cover is that size for a reason....it is shaped to protect the more vulnerable electrical components.

So even if you put a GT500 style hood on the engine cover still provides at least some protection for those components. If you install a rain guard on those hoods, they generally channel water to the front center where a deluge is less likely to create electrical issues.

For folks where salt is used on roads, I'd weight that into my decision on how much water I'd feel comfortable letting in my engine compartment.

Verus Engineering heat extractors. I haven't put the new edging around the insulator yet. It has cooled off, so it is tough to tell how much they help.
