S550 GT 10 speed

Anyone else experience very harsh down shifts sometimes after 5th gear I tend to get intermittent very jerky downshifts you can feel below your feet. Best way I can describe it is it feels like bump but coming from the tranny. It also happens sometimes when your coming to a stop but the light turns green so the tranny started downshifting and then you give it some gas and you can feel the tranny clunk into a gear same bump feeling almost like the tranny was downshifting while you stepped on the gas because the light turned green and it is confused. 20,500 miles 2018 mustang GT fresh off a dealer pcm reprogram and tsb update so all adaptives are reset about 4 days ago. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED IT AND IF I SHOULD BE WORRIED IM LOSING MY MIND
