well your second answer is a bit closer but still misses the point. the context, if you read previous posts in this thread, is how P&S compares to what i use, rust preventative. i can simply spray a wet rotor and it dries by itself w/o rust forming. that is the issue at hand, if P&S is identical to that. i am not looking for a wheel cleaner. i am looking for a similar product to RP that is touchless. hence, i asked the guy who said it works like that to comment.You asked how it works. You spray it on, agitate and clean, then wash off. I've never dried afterwords. It's a wheel cleaner with rust inhibitors built in. It has worked pretty well for me in keeping rust off the rotor.
