A few months ago I went to look at a new Cadillac CTS Coupe. The dealer had one of those B/S add on stickers charging $1800 extra for window tint, pin stripe and wheel locks..... $1800 Bucks ... and here is the kicker.... the car was not even pin striped.

When I see those dealer add - ons ..... I walk away.

Dealer is an idiot, most dealers will sell for MSRP and it's fairly easy to get X-plan. That car will be sitting there for quite a while.

When I was getting ready to order my car in September, my local dealer said over the phone he would accept X-plan pricing. I drove over and told him what options I wanted to order. He brought back an offer sheet priced at x-plan, but adding $1395 worth of paint protection. He said it was optional, but they wouldn't make a deal at x-plan without it. I walked out, called another dealer, and they gladly accepted my order.

Stopped by my local dealer this weekend and had a drool over a RR GT Premium w/AP/Auto Trans. I remember thinking those nickel wheels looked great with the RR. Today I stopped in and they just added a RR GT w/PP to the corral. Wow the PP wheels are even better with the RR!

My dealer had a Ruby in stock that I got to look at for the first time the other day, and G'DAMN! that thing is beautiful. Had the foundry wheels too and they looked great to me.

Couldn't agree more! I originally wanted Silver, then I changed my mind to Guard, then to Magnetic, and finally settled back to Silver. I went into the dealer this afternoon to happily order Silver, but there on the showroom floor sat the most remarkable color for the new Mustang....Ruby Red!!

That rich color combined with the black PP wheels stopped me dead in my tracks. It was love at first sight and I knew right then and there that there would be no other color for me than RR. There is just so much depth to the color and it blew my mind to think I almost missed out on what I feel is the best color for this body style.

I moved away from Denver last year after having lived there for 15 years. I miss it sometimes....Denver is such an awesome place!!
