  8. Auto Sensing Wipers are too fast

    The auto-sense wipers on my 18 are noticeably inconsistent (too fast or too slow) when compared to my 15 S550 or my wife's 15 Edge. It doesn't matter what I do with the adjustment wheel on the wiper arm, more often than not leaving it on auto sense doesn't cut it. First world problems.:shrug:

    I can tell you what not to use to close the trunk--I was using the round faux gas cap mounted on the rear decklid panel on my 2015 GT with the 50-year appearance package. I would grab the top of the faux cap/emblem when closing the trunk to keep from putting finger prints on the decklid...

    Sticking out the fenders...bulging off the rims? Don't let the lighting deceive you. I would be interested in seeing your preference for wheel/tire setup. I'm an old American muscle car enthusiast which has probably affected my taste in car mods.

    We've had some snow, thankfully it melted last week. However, it's below freezing again. It was 18 degrees this morning when I took the pics.

    Installed Steeda Jacking Rails and swapped out the stock PP wheels and tires for some Velgen Split5 wheels fitted with all season Continental DWS06s.

    My Split5 wheels are here. My Crimson GT has an EDD of 4 Jan. Looking forward to pairing them up. Thanks to Velgen for the design and craftsmanship, and thanks to Paul at PK Auto Design for the consultation and hooking me up with the wheels and tires.
