Purchased a used 2015 Mustang GT with BC Racing S550 Mustang BR Type Coilovers. Previous owner had 255/40-19 all the way around with no wheel rubbing issues.
I went to 20" all the way around with no issues except driver side rear which is not tucked inside fender well like passenger rear. Rubbing only occurs on rough roads but is noticeable both auditory and wheel where fender has rubbing. See photos that show difference between driver and passenger wheel and tire fender tuck. (rear tires 305/30-20)

No crash damage, dents, or buckling of fender.

*Ensured both rear wheels are the same size
*Ensured both rear tires are same size
*Removed driver rear wheel and tire, nothing abnormal

Any and suggestions are appreciated, thanks in advance!

I'm guessing misaligned subframe. Have you had this up on a lift and checked out whether the alignment holes in the rear subframe (the tabs next to the rear blue bolts) are even with the alignment holes in the chassis? The factory uses a jig to get that alignment right.

Then after he checks and confirms that IF it's out of alignment, he would have to get the IRS subframe aligned properly and THEN also get a 4-wheel alignment, correct?

Correct. Buy what I linked to below and get an alignment.

I had the same issue, though I didn't rub but it was obvious the driver's side was out more than the passenger side. This solved it.

If you have BMR CB005: https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-alignment-kit-rear-subframe-for-bmr-cb005-555-4447.html
If you don't: https://www.steeda.com/steeda-s550-mustang-irs-subframe-alignment-kit-2015-all-555-4438.html

Alignment. Check your rear camber - you might be too positive (near 0) on the side rubbing, adding some more negative camber would help.

Judging from the picture seems like there is a lot of negative camber already. Really looks like subframe alignment to me.

Thanks all...From what I gather it seems to be an IRS alignment issue, I'll get the car up in the air this weekend and take a look at your suggestions.

May need Steeda IRS alignment kit
Looking at BMR cradle lockout as well
