RTD+ vs SCT

Can someone please explain the pros and cons of these devices?

I’m looking to tune and need to settle on a device. It looks like some parameters are configurable in the SCT, e.g. tire size, speed limiter, etc. Can I do that with an RTD+? Also, the SCT will store my stock tune, will the RTD+ do that? Finally, I understand that I would need to buy the RTD+ device AND credits, is that correct?

The SCT will only allow you to change what your tuner sets, unless you just stay with the SCT tune. Comes with canned tunes.

RTD needs a laptop or a phone to let you see things and or flash. Does not come with canned tunes

Best to talk with the tuner you choose and ask him what he prefers and why.

If your tuner uses both I'd go sct over rtd. I have both for my gt and perfer the sct. Especially for logging.
