Route calculation failed

I'm in a mall parking lot and keep keeping the error message. It's in my wife's 2015 Edge titanium, but has the same sync system as my 15 mustang. I thought I would get some input from here as the edge forums aren't as nice as this one.

Hi Jeepwx03,

Is your wife's Edge still experiencing this issue? If so, I suggest trying a master reset: http://owner.ford.com/sync-technology/perform-master-reset-sync-myford-touch

Lack of satellite fix on the GPS ? Was it covered parking ?

Nope, wide open. The red triangle that shows my current position on the screen was accurate as well
