Does anyone know if I can get wires from the glovebox area to the passenger footwell fuse box without drilling? Is there a way that I can route cables that end up either on the backside of the glovebox or (my ideal solution) inside the globebox compartment?

I would think at the very least, you'd have to drill a small hole in the glovebox itself for whatever wire you wish to run inside of it. Start by looking under the dashboard on both sides of the car with a bright light to check what options you have for routing wires. The glovebox itself is very easy to remove from the car. IIRC you don't even need tools, or maybe just one socket.
