I have the Roush AB and the cut is at the very point where bend stops after the stock muffler so I can't see where there would/can be and less pipe being cut for the Borlas? You would be into the bend going to the stock muffler if you left it any longer? Doesn't make sense.
Seems like it's the other way around. If you have the borla axleback/catback first, you have less pipe to work with.

Roush AB cuts right at the end of the bend, Borla AB cuts at the bend + 2 inches.

I have a borla s-type catback myself. I've been toying with the idea of picking a roush axleback to see if I like it, but it doesn't seem like it'd be easy to swap.

Correct, I'm comparing axle backs because Khyber said you cut more pipe off with the Roush axleback and that's not the case. You cut more off with the Borlas/FRPP axlebacks.

So if you have the Borlas/FRPP axleback first and want to swap for the Roush axleback you will need to add 2" of pipe on both sides.

Yep, I'm agreeing with you. I should've clarified that Khyber had it backwards. I was a little vague on that part.

I wish I kept my stock exhaust, then it wouldn't be a problem. I'd only need the portion between the muffler and resonator. Instead I recycled it for scrap.

I suppose if I can wait long enough, I can pick up a set on craigslist.

Good comparison vid. I still like the Roush sound/pitch better (which is what I run). The Corsa is just a hair too high pitched for me although similar volume as the Roush. You you can really hear the slightly higher pitch difference in this vid.
Video says left to right is roush X, then Roush H.

The car on the far left really sounds more like an H. Wonder which is which.
