my stock roush tune seems to be strong at 590wheel of course an aftermarket tune will give more power. i figure with warranty 590 seems like a decent number. yes tires will be a must for any application even stock they suck. im on 305 NT05 now

Noob here, I wasn't aware that we can get a different tune for our Roushchargers. I am assuming this will void the warranty, but I think I already void it anyways. Going off subject here, what tune do people recommend or should I go to a dyno shop and have them do it?

I have a phase 1 with a Lund tune. I would recommend Lund, Palm Beach Dyno, or VMP. Those 3 have the most experience tuning this platform with this blower. If you are close enough to Livernois or AED, they will dyno tune, but not email tune.

I would like to go to AED, but been hearing mixed review about them. I am pretty sure their tunes are great, but their customer service is hit or miss? I am still debating on calling them for an appointment, but may also end up with Lund or VMP instead.

Lund and Palm Beach. You'll need a handheld tuner to both load the tune and data log for revisions.

For the Lund tune, is the nGuage considered the handheld tuner?

If you're definitely going to go Lund, yes. If you want to go elsewhere or have options, SCT X4. The Ngauge is super useful and way nicer.

Sorry berserker_sid, turning your post in to a tune talk. So I litterally just got off the phone with AED because I said, ehh why not call them and see how they are over the phone. Talked to Shaun and he was really professional and answered all my questions including some common sense ones. I think I will probably go with AED for a dyno tuning once I have the car ready.

I like the Lund tune and Ngauge setup, but I already have some Aeroforce gauges and some Prosport Evo gauges waiting for install. I believe the NGauges uses the OBDII which will be used by Aerofoces already.

Thanks everyone for the great information!

I do believe VMP can do the Ngauge as well.
