My man looks great ! just dropped mine off at the local auto body for the same MOD... Also adding the CDC Outlaw wing. Should be ready in 2-3 days


A few years back (decades now) I would have went to the pic and pull grabbed an 87-91 hood for 1991 Fox body and then drilled it out to add a scoop myself. And saved my OEM hood. Not to many s550's in the salvage yard yet.

But with age and gainful employment I was able to get my body guy to drill it out for me. :clap2:

Just got my 2015 back. I told my body guy about the tape issue and he made sure this would stay in place.

thanks...I let him know ahead of time about issues with the tape...I suggested he remove the original tape that came with it and use something stronger. I don't know if he did but he guaranteed the job ( wing and scoop install) for the life of the car.

I really like the look. I've got one sitting on the shelf in my garage just don't know if I have the guts to drill holes in the hood and then have the tape give way.:shrug:

So I sitting here patiently waiting to see if their is a fix
