Well whats up everyone. Im new here post #1!
Anyway wondering if anyone has any comparison of the roush axleback with xpipe vs borla, stype catback
I have the frpp xpipe with borla stupe axle back now. I love the sound. Loud. Awesome tone. Good deep volume. Tad raspy wot.
Wondering if anyone can compare against roush with xpipe. I saw some videos and the tone isnt as nice as borla and still sounds raspy. Any input?

I had a roush axle back and then borla touring with resonator and now the resonator is out replaced with frpp x pipe which made my touring an stype. The roush is nice deep rumble but even had a rasp on high rpm with the stock resonator. S type has a little rasp at really high rpm but its not too bad. It pops and spits on gas release which sounds intoxicating. The only way to reduce the rasp is going with an h mid pipe or putting back the resonator. H pipe solution may cause a drone though. Its a gamble.

If you want a different sound, but same or better sound quality, the Corsa Touring mufflers (axleback) would be a good, but expensive, choice. Paired with the X-pipe you have, it'd sound pretty much just like the Corsa Sport catback.

Catted headers plus S-Type, no rasp at all.
