Rotational Noise with Windows Up

Shot in the dark here. I have a 2018 GT350 that is having a rotational noise that I can only hear when the windows are up. I realize with them down it is harder to hear anything, but I an just putting this out here to see if anyone else has experienced this. At first I thought I had a small exhaust leak. It is kind of a burbling sound. However, after further investigation that is not the case. The sound will speed up with vehicle speed and is present when in neutral and gear. I have checked all the wheels to see if a bearing is going, but all that seems to be just fine. Any thoughts?

Sounds like pads or wheel bearing related. Not really much else it could be under the conditions you're describing.
