One suggestion I have not seen posted unless I missed it to the OP is when in the situation described, perhaps the best option would be to turn on your right hand turn signal, gradually slow down until the right hand car is ahead of you, then move over to the right hand lane. Except in the rare circumstance of a carjacking where the right hand blocking car would not let you get behind it, this should resolve the issue if after speeding up the right hand car would not let you get by. By turning on the turn signal you're letting the tailgater know you are trying to get out of his/her way.

pushaw... safety wire. With HD you have to keep taking the bolts out so loc-tite is impractical and also needs a 24hr cure time.

Trick is to have 2 HD one curing, the other one tossing nuts and bolts.

In my experience if you have 2 HD you have 1 that actually runs, and one that doesn't even crank.

Maybe it's because I ride a Hog, I have never been tailgated while on my bike. Car, pick up, all the time......

When I was driving today someone got in front of me and then break checked the big rig on the next lane. I find this very entertaining because once that big truck hits you you’re toast and then of course I’m toast Not so funny hehe

Total bs on that driver. I own commercial trucks and the insurance companies are why these idiots do shit like that. They would pay the driver a settlement right out the gate and go on rather than fight fault. Guess who gets to absorb that money...

^ yeah it was uncalled for. Truck driver didn’t cut him off or anything. I guess the driver of the car was having one of those idiotic episodes.
