So today's cyber monday and rims are on discount! I have my eyes on these MMD Zeven Gloss Black wheel; 20x8.5. I don't know anything about rim sizes, or what tires go with them, will these fit my s550? It is currently on eibach lowering springs, and 35 mm spacers which i can remove if wheels dont fit.
Their discount price is $174.99 each. Should I buy and later buy the tires so i save money on the rims or save up and buy maybe better looking rims later on?

Where are you looking? If you stick to American Muscle or CJ Pony websites they will fit just fine.

Are these the ones you are looking for? https://www.americanmuscle.com/mmd-...VsBXUAR1fTwJsEAQYASABEgLMr_D_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

Your OEM rims are either 17x7.5 or 18X8.0; these new ones are 20x8.5. That is the diameter and width... You will definitely need new tires.

You need 255/35R20 tires if you go the same all around. If you go staggered (wider wheels in the back), you need 305/35R20 in the rear.

you should check out 19 Inch Platinum Mach 1 Style wheels (wheelreplicas.com)
And your stock tires are cheap garbage. Since you're in Miami you can buy summer-weather tires for year-round use if you want to.

Also BEWARE make sure the wheels are drilled for 14mm studs and not 12.5. Ask AMR to clarify and indemnify if they give you bad info. If you're gonna bother buying wheels go to 9.5" wide or 10".

The 305/35R/20 tires mentioned will not fit on an 8.5" wide wheel. A 265 is about as wide a tire as you should go with the 8.5' wheels. Why not go with 10' wheels on all four so you can get some wider tires and toss those spacers in the trash.?
