Which companies offer kits that can reuse the factory basket? Id like to be able to run safely at 1/4 tank of fuel. So far I think it's just Radium and DW. Any others?

Yes I'm just looking for something to handle a little bit more power, it seems hit or miss with that kit.

Those are gas numbers, probably not realistic on a 12:1 engine. Much lower on E-85 due to volume requirements. If you need to run E-85 you need a double pump situation. Either a GT350 pump solution or something of the sort.

What fuel are you running and what is your current setup op?

DW kit you can use it like stock since it is stick save for the hat and the extra pump.

If it can flow 600lph it don’t matter if it’s gas or e85 600lph is 600lph. More than needed for the 800 goal on e85 you set

If you are running new lines boost reference regulator fuel rails and you took the fuel pump module out and removed the factory regulator then my numbers are accurate. You have to remove the factory regulator in the tank

Everyone just installs a pump booster. The stock regulator limits the capabilities of the stock pump. If the job is done right you removed the stock regulator in the tank as soon as you start upgrading the fuel system.
