Resonator Delete

I think EVAN546, resonator delete sounds good for a inexpensive mod to add a little better sound to the car. Not to mention whatever benefits you get from weight and opening up the exhaust a little. I've been waiting on pulling the trigger for the Roush axle back. I think doing this will satisfy that need for just a little longer.

Nope got it custom fabricated its just a y-pipe in its place with an extention

I'll try to get a video of it soon, but I replaced the resonator with a Magnaflow muffler, then had the mufflers removed. I thought it would be louder at idle/part throttle with the catless DP, but it's nice and mellow with zero drone. But, you lay into the throttle and it gets loud...lol. Only thing I don't like is now that a large portion of the back pressure is gone, I've joined the smokers club...FTL.

Need to hear this. Lol. I was gonna do the same thing if i didnt like just deleting the mufflers.

is there any mechanical implications if I just take the resonator out and not replace or add anything else besides a tube to connect? I am wondering if that will affect performance or anything else that may become a big issue? I dont have thousands to spend on a great new muffler, to just sound louder. That is my intention, without braking the bank or make the neighbors angry; just want to hear a bit more aggressive sound.
