Hi,

I recently did a muffler delete and added straight pipes and new tips, it sounds great, almost perfect, but what i wanna know is, i see lethal has a new Y pipe and flowmaster does as well...

A. What kind of sound will i expect to hear? More Rasp, more crackles, deep tone? I LOVE the crackles my current set up makes when i let off the gas at high rpms.

B. Any performance gains? this would just be an addition since the only thing i really care about with exhaust is sound.

Go to an exhaust shop it costs less I paid 150 for my resonator delete. I have the muffler delete and resonator delete and I love it! It's deeper louder and crackles a little bit more. The turbo is also louder. Best exhaust that I've heard in person so far imho. Not ricy but you'll always know it's a four banger, it's unavoidable

I know it will never sound like a v8, I actually like the sound my 4 banger makes....you can't compare it to a v8. So basically I have no drone at any speed either will a resonator delete change that? I hate drone. Right now its about 2-3 notches above stock at idle and when I floor it, it really wakes up.

I don't have any drone at all. Also Peformance wise I haven't noticed any gains but I'm tuned so if there is a difference it's very small

i also am in the resonator and muffler delete club and I think they sound amazing, hardly no drone at hwy speeds and has a great exhaust note when you get down on it. mine cost about $250 total to get done at a local shop.
