Who is best to use for remote tuning that supports the SCT platform? I have a Bama X4 and their tunes are absolute trash, if my car does even run all of their tunes are stupid rich. I only average about 9-10 Mpg on their tunes. I need something custom.

Hey Steve, there's plenty of great custom tuners for your '15 that use SCT devices, to name a few would be Shoemaker Performance, Ortiz Performance, and Palm Beach Dyno. We offer all these great tuners here at Lethal Performance, just let me know if you have any questions you can check out our custom tuning FAQ and shoot me a message!

I’m tuned by Juggernaut and they do a great job. Fast response time, answer all my questions and have done serval revisions to get the 10R80 shifting how I like it to.

i'm a bit disappointed in PBD.
the initial transaction was a bit flakey. the first order form asked for all of your mods and what fuels you want. perfect. then on checkout, it showed another form of what you want and nothing about relevant additional mods except for the cold air intake.

the base tune arrived and i immediately thought what if my 87mm throttle body is not factored in.
i contacted the tuner and asked, he came back and said that the base tune did not include the 87 throttle body, then i got a new base tune. did they even read the original order form where i stated specifically "Ford Performance Power Pack 2 with the GT350 87mm Throttle body and GT350 CAI"?

went through all of the data logging for the 91 tune with an 1 revision. they sent me an E85 and a flex tune. i was burning through my current 91 gas and put it in sport and sport plus mode and as soon as i hit about 2300 rpm, the car would buck and as it would buck, the rpm jumped in increments

i emailed them what was happening and that i did not flash the E85 yet, as i wanted to get this resolved. i flashed it back to my base tune and all is well, no bucking, so that issue is in their revision. this past tuesday (8/1) they asked "so you have Ethanol mix or e85 on the 91 tune?"
i explained to them i was still on 91 and flashed back to base tune and i should do a whole new round of data logging since the new plugs were installed after the revision (8/3)...no response since.

if they are busy, i understand..but just send a short acknowledgement email, instead of leaving me hanging.

i am using the SCT X4

does anyone here have access to the SCT tuning software where they ca compare my base tune and the revision?

This is being reported frequently now with PBD. Ken needs to get back to getting his customer/tuning business model running better instead of gloating his shop cars and trying to sell colored blue lug nuts.

that's unfortunate. i really don't want to switch tuners in midstream. haven't even got 91 dialed in.
if it comes down to that, all i have to do is "return to stock", flash the ford performance calibration (in my case) and go with a different tuner, right?

Juggernaut is our primary tuner. Fixed all the issues we had with the car with our lund tune, ran 1.5 tenths quicker first trip out..

Matt is not only a tuner, but a coder and engineer by trade as well.

Very smart guy
