first couple sets of stage 2 blower cams shipped to us today!!!

Pardon my ignorance, but would cams+tune affect emissions testing? I have to start emissions testing my car when it's three years old (not sure if it's visual or visual and sniffer) and I really don't want to mess with something that might fail.

In the long run, I'd love to do the GT350 intake manifold, came, and tune, but I don't want to bother if it's going to be a hassle passing emissions testing.

As I understand it injector duty cycle and timing affect your emissions more than the cam profile...provided you have a moderate to mild cam.
