GT PP with Recaros and I LOVE it.. I needed the Recaros because I loved them when I had a 2013 Boss 302 with them. I didn't want all of the premium shit because its just more weight and more $$. I thought the back up camera in my car standard was quite the perk lol.

I'm kind of torn between the two myself at the moment. I really love the upscale interior on the premium models, and my girlfriend adores heated and cooled seats. To top that off, the rearview camera on the bigger screen is a serious bonus.

The only two gizmos I really care a ton about is sync and the rearview camera and I get both on the base anyway, just worried that I won't like the interior on the base for very long. I haven't gotten a chance to sit in it though, only the premium.

Getting close to ordering and I don't like how they setup the base with the small LCD screen and the layout of buttons around it. I will probably be going with a 400A.

I'm looking at a base comp orange GT PP with cloth recaros rather spend my money on going fast.

How bad is the base radio? I hate the way it looks my biggest issue so far.
It's really not bad at all....i mean, i guess if you want to just stare at it all the time you could complain that it could be prettier, lol; But functionality wise, it does the job- for me anyways.

Forgot to mention, really like the toggle switches and the different driving modes, and you only get that on the premium. Worries me that I'll get a dumbed down version of the car without them.

Does anyone know if maybe the base GT is already set to a "sport+" or "track" throttle response?

Nope it's stuck on normal in terms of throttle response and shift patterns

I came from a 2005 Scion. The base interior had everything I wanted. 'Base' is almost a misnomer. There's nothing base about standard Bluetooth, power seats with power lumbar, backup camera, all of the multimedia inputs and the aluminum radio/ac controls. Yes the LCD screen is small but I guess it all depends on what you're coming from. Ford didn't have to put one in at all.

Same. I just wanted the rearview, which is not too small, and all the blue tooth stuff.

The interior doesn't feel base/cheap at all. Had the car since November and I still can't get over how nice it is.

Double tap the button for sport mode on mine.
It's not the same sport mode as the toggles.

I see you're in philly btw are you going to the mustang meet up in philly tomorrow?

on my 14 I regretted getting the base auto. I wish I got the premium.

So on my 15 I got the premium.

How is the "toggle" sport mode different from a base w Performance Pack sports mode? Doesn't it just alter steering feel and throttle response?
