He said the pieces were not cut well, and that it took his best guy 3 hours to install correctly.

Full disclosure is that the other member who gave me his e-brake and console cover did so because his shift boot didn't fit correctly. (too short) they couldn't get it to work. He ended up getting his money back on what he kept, went another direction, then offered parts to me.

His frustrations soon became my installers. It turned out great, but installer even mentioned that he would have to charge twice what he quoted me if he did another one. He also suggested I leave some sort of negative comment for the manufacturer about the poor fit.

Chose not to do that, as, like I said, I paid him to handle the frustration.
Well, they won't fix what they don't know about. You don't need to leave a negative comment but you could save a lot of other people some frustration by leaving a review on Redlinegoods sub-forum.

Man, too bad you didn't get redline interior for an extra few hundred bucks, because those accessories would have been PERFECT with a redline interior

I would have, but ended up buying one of the last 2015's. I was lucky to get the options I got!

On another note, the mod bug is rolling right along....
Just ordered my Ford Handling Package last night. (Levittown Ford)
Doh!

Perfect. Funny, I asked for just a sample of the hazlenut too...

I am not ready to pull the trigger right now either. So, I didn't press them.

Looking forward to the pics.
Here is Hazelnut on my saddle interior. Not even close, unfortunately.

Just had my Redline shift boot, e-brake boot and center console cover installed.

Thanks to SCRuby for the e-brake boot and console cover!

I took them to a local auto upholstery shop to have installed. Installer was not thrilled with the fit, and said he was surprised at the difficulty he had making everything work. In the end, it turned out great, and am very happy.

They look great with my GT350R wheel.

How did you configure your order? Black leather, red stripe, red (JDM) stitching, layout as stock?
I want to do this to match my redline interior.
Thanks

I just ordered the same today for mine. I plan on swapping out the auto boot and bezel with a manual boot/bezel. Thanks for your help.

Did you install the red button as the instructions say or is there an easier way? How long did it take? Looks great btw

You can always tryout the stitch coloring technique from this post to try and match the new red stitching.

Goflight2 Now you gotta get the GT350 red starter button to go with the redline theme! I have it on mine and it's a joy starting up my ecoboost everytime...:)

sorry i didn't see the updated posts...
Did you do the 4 hour Ford Racing installation or the quick minute by CJ Pony Parts?
Nonetheless that looks killer!
