Installed the 245-40-19 Falken FK510 today. Driving around town at 33 psi they are way smoother than Pzero AS Plus 3. Still firm with B6 but the harshness from sharp bumps edges etc is 80% gone and barely feel the small bumps that used to be annoying before.

Pzero AS Plus 3 lost 3/32 tread in three months.
I’ll be ordering wheels and tires today. I’ve decided on a different set of tires, I’ll be going with 255/35r20 in front and 275/35r20 out back with some Indy 500’s. I’ll keep the stock 20’s with all season eagle f1’s just in case.

Go wider.

It's a good choice the Firehawk 500 are recognized for good ride and traction in anything except wet and colder temps (shoulder seasons) plus they look the business.

Lack of rim protector is an issue with some users.

I almost ordered them on price and looks alone?

Note your handling will suffer with staggered setup, VS squared on 255/265....

I know squared is better, can a 20x10.5 et42 be put up front? I don’t think it can?

Not sure but 275+ width width will destroy the handling and ride refinement, unless you have near perfect roads. They will also accelerate front end and wheel bearing wear plus you'll get half usable life from tires.

I was OK on 265 AS until they got to 6/32 then it was tram line hell. That's a whole 3/32 use which is about three months for me.

It will be fun street driving though as you tramline everywhere and get unexpected directional changes as road defects pull you this way and that.

If it's just for looks doesn't matter.

Why can't you run square? I would only do staggered under duress and if wider than 10"
Maybe I can? The wheels are 20x9.5 et35 and 20x10.5 et42. Haven’t purchased yet but I like the look of the American Racing AR924 wheels.

I don't own anything narrower than 275, run 2.3 camber and the car tracks straight and true. Conti dws, BFG, Bridgestone, ps4s, PS as, gy sc3.

Your mistake was running shit pirelli.

20x10.5 you will probably rub. 20x10 is probably the widest you want to run up front

I was on 265 Bridgestone Potenza Sport AS that tramlined after losing 3/32, with perfect wheel alignment.

The 255 Pirellis didn't tramline on any of my cars until 5/32 then I know it's time for new tires.

None of it matters if it's a 2-3 hr week car.

OP should also note that insurance usually has a disclaimer on modified cars and that incl wheel tire sizes, camber, braces, or anything that alters the OE spc and dimensions. If there is an issue and did not disclose mods they can instantly decline all coverage.

American Racing AR924 wheels.
Yeah their selection of size and offset blows.

That design is also available from TSW and others, likely with more sensible options.

I would do more looking to make sure that was my only option. 275/35 is unlikely to fit in 10.5. 275/40 is more reasonable. But really on a 10.5 I would be targeting 295.

I have to say TSW Rotary Forged are great, if you can find them after the new ownership.

Just had mine Road Force balanced, checked for any irregularities, after 25K miles hard use on trashed roads that wore out my control arms.

A couple didn't even need weight with Falken FK 510. Other were 1/2 and 3/4 oz.

I would agree their specs aren’t ideal. Last I looked at TSW they have a similar wheel design but no bronze color.
