Does yours have the correct chassis #?

Mine is also off by one number. I got L0262, should be L0261 :computerrage:
Yep, mines correct #231

Yes. YouTube. I did the same for the GT350 videos. If Ford wasn't happy with it they'd simply ask you to take them down. At this point Ford should be working hard to not piss off their base. They need all the help they can get, especially with Farley bumped up the ladder.
I have uploaded GT500 TRACK TIPS to YouTube. I’ll upload GT500 DRAG TIPS today.

I like to disassemble things.

Thank you for uploading. This should have been released for everyone to see as it has some great tips in it. I found it interesting when he said to
"always start by releasing the driver side catch first for the hood pins" as I hadn't heard that before.

That is interesting. I have to release the passenger side on mine first for it to work.

Back to the subject...

I'm wondering...for you folks who have received this second gift, did you get an email notification from FedEx? I'm also wondering if there was any thought (at FP,) to the order of shipment, (probably not,) but I haven't heard a peep yet and I have a relatively low chassis number/VIN. The whole kit and kaboodle probably got picked up by Purple and the distribution order is probably just shipping. My guess anyway.

Now THAT is interesting, Chris. I wish the narrator had said WHY he felt one needs to push the driver's side first. Anyone have an eye deer?

I bet you were "flummoxed" when yours didn't open the first time doing it the obvious way with driver side first. I can see me going, WTF, O? It would probably take me a couple hours to figure it out. <grinning>

No doubt it's an "adjustment" somewheres.

I did receive a FedEx shipping notification. My estimated delivery is scheduled for next Tuesday, the 18th. I received the notification a few days ago.

Probably! :cwl:

In all seriousness, my hood alignment from the factory definitely left something to be desired. My hood latch was too low and the fenders needed adjustment. I took care of those myself, but the left side of the hood was higher from the factory and it's not the bumpers. Not sure what other adjustment I can make to correct that. I suspect that has something to do with it.

Sorry about the hood alignment, Chris. Damn shame that QA at the plant can't catch things like that. PITA for the owner, piece of cake for the plant. Hope you get it figured out.
