Recaro Seat Identification

Before I drive 2 hours to pick these up. Can someone help me confirm these are 15-17 recaros and not 18+ or 13-14. This is what the seller sent me.

That's the part number for the wiring harness from what I can find. Can't find anything indicating what model or year it's from though.

Know of anything else (and where it would be located on the seat) to identify them. The only thing I see helpful is the date code is 4/24/2014 on that picture of the tag I sent

I know they aren’t 11-14 only because the design was different for those recaros. So it’s between 15-17 and 18-23. Which with the date code on that harness I assume it’s 15-17. Any feedback?

Sorry, I don't know where the part number for the seats themselves is. I would assume it's under the seat somewhere, maybe not easily accessible though.

The date on that harness tag clearly shows “April 2014” as mention above…

So does anyone recall when the initial batch of 2015’s hit the line for production? Because if it was prior to April 2014, those are not S550 Recaros and may have some design differences and possibly different seat track mounting locations on the actual frame that gets mounted to the track.

FWIW, attached are photos of the bags which were covering my 2022s.

They look identical to the recaros in my 15 gt. I don’t know if they changed the design for the 18+ so I can’t speak on that. Regardless I believe the only thing that needs to be done to work in a 15-17 is to swap out the seat bladder.

Awesome thank yall for the help. Based on the shape of the seats alone I knew they weren’t 11-14. I guess they are just super super early 2015 recaros based on the April 2014 date. Now I’m wondering if I should do leather because after it being 100+ all week even my clothes are smoking hot lol.
