Mine does this horribly also. its non usable pretty much except for knowing if you have flashing lights behind you. Was going to report to the dealer. Very minor pressure from my finger and it clears right up. All speeds and rpm.

it is tight as snot to the window, the mirror itself is too loose in the overall housing.

That is most likely vibration from the flat plane crank . . . some of us have it and some of us don't. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
I disagree!! My tech 350's mirror is perfect but my R's mirror is useless. I isolated it down to wheels. At high speed push the clutch in and see if there is a change. If it persists, it's not the engine. Or shut it off completely (if you dare/can).

My 2003 Cobra had bad vibration in the mirror like you describe. Had to have the driveshaft replaced, that cleared it up. Was a common problem with 2003 Cobras.

This is one of the symptoms of the 50-70mph driveline vibration issue.

Even though the set screw is tight, the bracket still has play with the windshield. I have not studied this further, but I suspect that filling the small gap (such as with the rubber in the video on the first thread page) should work.

Edit: My mirror mount cable comes in next week, for my radar detector. At that time, I would look into the situation closer and report back.

Thanks everyone for your serious comments..rubber and inside tightening look like great solutions to this problem. Will stop using all caps.

No problem, hope you get this resolved. BTW, all caps is considered shouting, hence the comments. Cheers!

I JUST DROVE MY NEW GT350 FROM WISCONSIN TO PHOENIX AND HAD AN OVERALL TREMENDOUS TRIP EXCEPT FOR ONE ANNOYING PROBLEM. THE REAR VIEW MIRROR HAS A SMALL VIBRATION AT SPEED EVEN ON RELATIVELY SMOOTH INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS. A QUICK GLANCE AT IT AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE WHAT VEHICLE IS BEHIND IN THE MIRROR BECAUSE OF THE BLURRING. PUTTING MY HAND ON THE MIRROR DOES STOP IT BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. SCREW HOLDING IT TO THE WINDSHIELD WAS TIGHTENED BUT DID NOT STOP IT. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM...IF SO...HOW SOLVED OR IS IT A WARRANTY PROBLEM?

OUTSIDE MIRRORS DO NOT VIBRATE AND BLUR.
Mine does not vibrate and blur image as you've described.

My rearview mirror has had no vibration at any speed, there has to be an identifiable cause and solution for those that have this problem

Today I removed the dash bezel that is around the headlight switch. I applied flocking tape at several points to solve the intermittent rattle, hopefully.

So I looked into the mirror situation. In spite of the set screw being tight, the shoe plate still has slack with the windshield. So I applied some of the flocking tape along the two edges of the plate. I bet that will fix it. I will report back Monday, as that is my next freeway run.

Just another reason not to worry about how big the R wing is

I never noticed a resonating rear view mirror, regardless of engine RPM, until recently, when I was driving on the highway (something I rarely do in the GT350). I have to concur with GTP that it's a drive line issue, not a voodoo issue. Driveshaft or something in the rear end, perhaps.
