I went with 325's in the rear just because I could, they look good, and at my time of purchase, they were cheaper than the 315's. Running them on the factory 11" HP wheels.
Ditto!

If I where you and you’re really worried about hooking up and straight line speed I’d go with a 17x11 inch wheel in the back and go with something like a 305/45/17 MT ET street r. Plenty of sidewall really sticky. You can also get the same tire in a 315/50/17

Edit: if you want to keep a stock wheel size then it’s going to have to be a trade off. A 30-35 profile is not going to give you enough sidewall “crunch” to be a good dig straight line “performer” unless you go with a sticky tires in the realm of a Toyo R888r and then you’re talking about a roll race rather then a dig or low roll race speed.

Would I be able to run a 17 inch rim on a Mach 1? I figure the brembos may be too large to fit that size rim.
If I were to run a 17 inch rim and get those bigger tires (305/45R17 or 315/50R17), would there be any problems with figment since they are much taller? The only problem I know of that would be prevalent would be the change in speedometer accuracy.

In the rear you should be fine. The caliper in the rear is nowhere near as big as the front one. You can run an 18x5 in the front, and clear the caliper even if it’s a Brembo if you’re gonna run it in the 1/4. But on the streets you can definitely run a 19 in the front and run a 17 in the rear with a big enough aspect (MT ET street) to maintain your speedo reading within specs and not throw the car into limp mode.

If I were you I'd run 325 30 19 ps4s. They'll look good and hook ok once warmed. If you don't care about the mileage you get out of them then get the 305 35 19 555r2. I wish they had more options on the 555r2 in 19 inch they only have 305 and 345 width, I had the 345 30 19 555r2 and I loved them, only problem is they are never in stock so went with a r888r toyo 325 30 19 just to see how they are

Do the 345’s fit without any rubbing?
