As far as I know, at least in US, there is only the reverse camera, no warning system or sensors.

Ignore anything in the top section of the window sticker as it bears no resemblance to the spec of your Export car. There are no reverse sensors or ACC. There is a camera. It also states this in the price list on the Ford UK website.

The reverse sensing is just the activation of the rear view camera.

Haha, the wording makes sense but I wouldn't get it from that either. One would think that it doesn't need to be on sticker that the car knows it's in rear gear 😁

Hate to contradict everyone but backing out of a spot in a parking lot, I got a warning message on dash.

I'm betting that warning message about crossing traffic, not about how close you were to an object? I'm pretty sure the blind-spot system and cross-traffic system use the same set of sensors in the rear quarter panels, not in the rear bumper which is where the parking sensors would be.

Owners manual page 200 cross traffic system states the sensors are behind the bumper but they maybe referring to the area that wraps around.

Yep. My point was they're not the same as the parking sensors.

yes correct, that's a cross traffic alert, not alert for objects

2022 Mach 1 Premium Tremec 3160 Torsen 3.73 Diff
Hi everybody
I almost crashed today to a wall on my 3 days old Mach 1

I traded it in my 2018 GT Premium for this, and I assumed the Tremec, Torsen and more good stuff were adding stuff. Apparently they have also removed stuff

So far I have noticed, the glovebox lighting and the reverse sensing, and the trunk w/o noise insulator are not included in the Mach 1

Have two theories

1 is for a more stripped/trackday car
2 ford is just removing stuff to save money and improve profits

To be honest, after owning the 2018 for almost 5 years, it feels like a step backwards in terms of features

Driving wise it's noticeable the improvement with the magneride and stiffer suspension in general

Glovebox light was removed for all mustangs in 2019 or 2020 iirc.

Missing sensors are due to a different bumper, rear comes from GT500 which doesn't have the sensors either. Missing ACC is due to no space in the front bumper for the radar because there are air ducts in the way. And obviously they didn't want to redesign stuff for limited edition. So you assume correctly, it's all about money.
