Ok either you guys got ripped off, or lost your insulators or paid somebody to do the install for you and the moron didn't use the insulators that come with the springs because here are mine STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX about to go on my nephews car.

I'm not saying that IS your problem but I've used Eibach Sportlines on every Mustang I've owned and they've ALWAYS come with these insulators wrapped around the springs.

What kit are you going with? Sportlines? My eibach pro kit didn't come with those nor did my factory springs have them I've currently got my car up on Jack stands along with a tub of synthetic grease for my sway bar bushings. If you have any suggestions for anything else that could use extra lubrication I'm all ears.

Hopefully someone can help me fairly quick. When I grip the control arm (? The thing that holds the spring) and push it front to back I can replicate the sound but not as loud as the force I'm applying is certainly way less than what the car applies during acceleration and deceleration. Can anyone suggest where I should lubricate? I have a grease gun.

It sounds like bolts need to be torqued down.

If you have a grease gun, you should look for grease fittings to grease.

Anything in particular I should torque? I started by pushing it back and forth and heard the noise, I then unbolted the shock mount to see if it persisted. It did. I then loosened the 2 large blue main bolts and loosened the smaller bolts holding the bracket, this made the noise easier to replicate. As far as retightening any other bolts I'm not sure which to touch as the ones I've listed are the only ones I messed with during the spring install.

So it Does it make the noise when you push the car forward or backward when in neutral?

Subframe bolts should be torqued to 129 ft lbs and 13 mm bolts for subframe bracket to 41 ft lbs.

Torque down everything you can. Better safe than sorry.

Here's a video. at least i've figured out what half of the car it's coming from. the whole time i thought it was the passenger. The jack is under the subframe in the video so it wouldn't drop while i was removing the bolts.

Also you said "post alignment" it started. Possible that whoever did your alignment may have loosened and not tightened other bolts for other suspension elements such as vertical links, etc. I'd check them all.
