I had lowering springs installed on my car by a friend for no charge and ever since, the front struts I believe have been creaking ever since. Could it be something else? This happens every time I even turn the wheel or go over a speed bump. It’s getting to the point whenever I come to a stop it sounds like a ticking noise until I fully stop. I definitely don’t want to keep driving like this and want to know if there’s a fix around this. Thank you.

If it was installed on jack stands, most likely the bushings will need to "clocked". Basically they need to be tightened with the car on the wheels. Need to make sure the springs are on the isolators correctly.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I have the same problem right now.

If you car confident in your friends install, sounds like you need to replace the upper strut mounts and bearings.

S550s are known for this. My first warranty trip at 15k miles was to replace them.

That being said,

Read the spring makers fine print. They mention that noises and creaks can happen after lowering or suspension mods.
