Just a heads up. A tune is not something you should take lightly and it should not be considered a "small mod". Think about your goals for the car and expectations. Do you plan to eventually put other mods on? Might want to consider waiting tuning until you add long tube headers.

So excuse my ignorance, are BAMA CUSTOM tunes bad? Why is everyone saying that? As in reasons for why they are bad? They asked me to send the information on my car a 2020 EB base, for a free custom tune, should I waste my time and money on this? I'm not looking to transform the car into a rocket, just wanted to see if I could get better fuel economy, perhaps better shifting during normal driving. No mods just plain old EB base. Oh did a 4 to 8 screen swap that is about it. UPDATE; I did a stock BAMA tune to the 2020 Mustang EB base, and that thing about snapped my neck! I just touch the pedal and it goes, only think is I smell a little fuel smell when I first start the car in the morning, this was the 1st start after the tune, so not sure if the tune has anything to do with it, it might just need time to adjust, today I didn't smell anything, this is outside the car not in the interior, the interior smell like freshener!

I used them in 2013 on my GT with nitrous and my car ran great. If they’re willing to send you a free tune, it can’t hurt to try them out.

Another vote to skip the throttle body. I went Soler and when I first put it on, I thought I liked it. Fast forward to tune day, went back to stock tb to prepare for the tune. When I went backwards, I drove it stock like that for another week or so before tune day. There was literally zero perceived difference. I think anything I “thought” I noticed when I first put it on was 100% placebo. A tune however is money well spent, quantifiable, seat of the pants driving experience.

It may be too late , but idk if it helps. I had a 2016 EB it was with Cobb and another one that started with the Sct X4 I believe, up for grabs for anyone really cause there just in the toolbox collecting dust would rather help someone who’s gonna put it to work at least just wanted to throw it out there.
