I'm sure Katzskin or other leather aftermarket companies will have interiors for the new Mustang. I want a red leather interior similar to the BMW colors I've seen so I need to get a similar color leather seats and have the door panels done I'm sure that can be had for about $15-1800

This might help with the Seats. You can pretty much custom order what you want from Insert Color to Stitching and Piping. As for the Door Inserts, I would think a good local Upholstery Shop could handle the inserts for a Couple Hundred Bucks.

This looks like a tempting option. Thanks for sharing.

I originally had Red Leather in my 2005 Mustang GT Premium Convertible that over the years just faded and cracked, even with leather treatments etc. I decided to change my interior to all black and went to leatherseats.com, It cost me about 1300 for 100% top of the line leather and I actually did the work myself. It was a giant PITA and required a ton of elbow grease but the end result was amazing. Leatherseats.com sells the same product as Katskinz (according to many people on other forums anyway) but Katskinz makes it easier to buy and schedule an installer if you do not want to do it yourself. Usually if you ask your dealer about getting Katskinz installed they have the info handy and can do it in shop (for a premium charge).

It depends on how nice you want to make it look. Custom interiors on the cheap can be done for a couple of thousand bucks, but if you want to make sure it looks really nice, you'll have to be budgeting at least $50K for a custom leather interior. And that can run up into the millions of dollars depending on your taste.

But you can play around with various possible choices here:
