Understood, and I agree on your take. But all I want is touch of color to an all grey car. If I don't like them they come off.I mean to a lot of people it's basically the same as throwing an M3 badge on a 328i (or in our case a 5.0 badge on an Ecoboost).
They're meant to cover up smaller brake calipers and give the illusion that someone spent the money on a BBK.
Are you saying a Mustang ( '19 GT. stock 18" wheels) may need spacers?That's correct. I had to use 3mm spacers as well for my MGP's on the front to clear the factory 20" foundry wheels.
Can't answer that for sure. I know I needed them for my factory 20" foundry wheels on my 15 GT. You're going to have to do a test fit to find out for sure. Take one of the front wheels off, install the MGP cover and put your wheel back on to see if it's going to have a clearance issue.
