Super happy to hear you go from fuck ford and never again to enjoying the car. Like I said before, I hope it’s now going to be a trouble free enjoyable vehicle for you. I know I enjoy mine at least twice a day M-F and even some on weekends.

im more frustrated w/corp, i think the dealer finally did right. there were a lot of mitigating issues, the dealer being bought out being biggest.

Got email from Ford... Only putting the good parts...lol. Its pretty cool they are doing something at least..better than nothing.

I wanted to offer you a Limited Maintenance plan at no cost to you. The plan will cover your oil changes, tire rotations, engine oil and filter changes. Multi point inspections. The plan term is 36 months or 45,000 miles which ever comes first. I have attached a brochure so you can look at it.

I wanted to offer you this out of goodwill for being a loyal Ford customer and for all the frustration you were going thru with this vehicle. Please advise.

Is that from ford or the dealer you have been dealing with?

WTF Ford... offer a ESP and then take away... what is wrong w/Ford...

We are not able to add vehicle payment and an ESP. I apologize. In the future if you have questions or concern with the repair that as completed please reach back to me. Thank you for being a loyal Ford customer.

I am sorry for offtopic, but what does it mean "to window an engine block"? Thanks and wish you best luck with "new" engine bro... it was really hard to read and I didn't feel good at all that something like this could happen to me.. you have my admiration for keeping a cool head all the time

Not 100% sure but mostly sure it means to send a rod through it as in blowing it up leaving a hole you can see through.
