Sorry to hear of the troubles. How well has the Extended Warranty done for you? Have you had to poke out a lot out of pocket $$$ for deductible?

You could try to call the Ford 800# and get a Regional Rep on the call. Ask him/her if they can offer any assistance to you for all of the troubles you have had with the car. At this stage, to claim it as a Lemon has surpassed the limitations in many States, as that wound had to have been filed within 24mos/24k (whichever comes first) of the original purchase date.

The thing is, the A/C system has it's known problems with the EVAP core issues (TSB issued). If you were to tell the CSR that you have had multiple A/C issues and the other frustrating warranty issues, I'd hope they can work with you some how to make you feel better about the car.

What was your brake line leak and EPAS leak caused by? First I'm hearing of those issues for an S550. What did Service Center advise for those?
