Actually, every restaurant has both. But many servers get a chuckle out of saying "is X alright?" when someone asks for Y.

Actually I remember years ago I was in a Ruby Tuesday’s in Atlanta. Of course Coke is king in Georgia but Ruby had a contract with Pepsi, so no Coke. Turns out this is true with most large chains.

Why is it a pair of pants when it is only one? Cause two legs? We dont say grab me a pair of shirts cause they have two arm holes. We just say get me a shirt.
